Wood Star or moon shaped clip with macrame connector.  Comes in Yellow, Black, White, Cream, Dark Teal, Light Aqua, Muted Mauve, Navy Blue, Light Blue, Lace and white (or lace with any color).  The ones pictured above don't all have the correct loop to connect to the pacifier without tying, but when you order yours it will come with a loop.
